speed tollerance to be cut from 36mph to 35mph

[baron bashoneov]

We have the Police speed awareness guys in the same office block as us.
During our discusions over coffee he told me that at 36mph in a 30 you
can opt to go on a training course to avoid the three points.
The threshold is to be lowered to 35mph
the poor motorist will be getting more points on their licence after April

A 'training course' to learn to drive at 30mph. What a load of w*nk.

Pity they don't train people to drive at 36mph more safely.
