Been following threads for a while now!
Pick up a 2006 111r next friday! I`m trading in my M100 S2 !
I am struggling to think of much else at the moment than the delivery of this car.

Anyway quick note to introduce myself to you guys and see if there is any advice on a new car that you might be able to share?

thanks!

I sympathise. I've got until the 1st of March to get my car and already I can't think or talk about anything else.

What colour combo, spec etc is your 111R?

its the titanium with black leather probax seats etc, I opted for the super touring kit on it as well. I was a bit dubious at first but the weight that has been saved on the 2006 spec means that the little extras dont comprimise the car! (I hope!) cant wait to use the cup holder! :-)

Was it yourself thats ordered the new exige? have you gone touring or sports?
I ordered mine christmas week so yeah it would seem about right for yours to be ready 1st march.

Touring. I am likely to be doing 25 - 30 miles per day, in traffic, so a little extra comfort is required. Although I have got the stage 2 exhaust which should be interesting at 7 am.

I couldn't convince her indoors to stretch to the super touring, despite the cup holder!

That's when my girlfriend's car is going to be ready, and I think I'm as excited about it as she is Only problem is that we're away just after the 1st, so we won't be able to pick it up until the following week

I could live without the comforts of the Touring pack, but I could never life with the stage 2

It´s fun on a sunday afternoon blast, but on a 30 miles per day basis it´d be too loud for me.

I have to admit to buying the Stage 2 without knowing an awful lot about it. Just sounded like fun!

The standard exhaust will also be provided so I can swap if it gets too much.

If anyone has details of any advantages to the Stage 2 I'd be interested to see them.

Seats are black with Blue stitching, the name Elise is stitched onto the headrest, subtle.
