Anyone else got a useless PA?

I asked mine to book me some flights and ground transport and make a hotel reservation for two weeks in advance and her face dropped, sharp intake of breath.....
"I'm very busy, it'll have to wait until the week after the following week"
That's the week I return
"Don't worry, I'll do it" says I.
I've never done it before ......I have to register on-line first, get the discount codes set up accounts which she has already done as this role is part of her routine job. Took bl00dy ages when it could have taken her 10 minutes. I've enough to do as it is
