I've spent many fun-filled hours ripping the majority of my CD collection to WMA format with Windows Media Player, and the files play fine on my iRiver player and my PC. I have found though that they won't play on my Archos AV500 or the Pioneer MP3 head unit in my car, and my guess is that the bit rate is too high (approx 355Kbps).

They are currently in a folder structure like this:

Artist name
---Album name
------Track1.wma
------Track2.wma etc...

Can anyone recommend a utility that would re-rip my files into a similar (duplicate) directory structure, but at a lower bit rate, whilst leaving my original files intact?
