Ash tray removal

Can some one please tell me how to remove the ash tray from the door of a Chimaera? I mean the whole thing, not just the bit that swivels.

I think they just pull out.

I think some might have a self tapper holding them in, remove the swiveling thingy and have a look.

Mine just pulled out. Caution: they never really stayed in too well afterwards.
