im sure i will enjoy the change so am going to start looking, sure it will be much more fun than the tuscan ownership i had last year. 
dead engine after a year. so sold and bought a Spec'C' ( lightweight impreza for those that dont know) that is running around 360bhp but does weigh 300+ kg more than an M12 anything i should look for etc? will most probably do a couple of track days etc so need to bear that in mind also... steve

I'm North Essex - so not quite so handy to view, but there'll always be a car or 2 at Rousch to look at, or Noble London (Barnet way). You'll enjoy any of them - but the later models (3Rs and M400s) are better sorted. Definitely need to ensure you have a track-day day sump if going to track (most, if not all 3R and M400s have as standard.) A browse through some of the threads for new buys will give you plenty to get on with. Good luck!

I have both, a Subaru Prodrive and a Noble 3R.
I like the Subaru. In the wet it handles superbly, the engine is great and it is a 4 family saloon. (I am on my third gearbox though!)
The Noble, however, is more of a race car. The handling in the dry is unbelievable and realy needs a track day or two to find out just how far you can push it. The engine is quick and there is virtually none of the Subaru turbo lag you are used to. It is generally reliable, quite rare and always draws a crowd (whether you like it or not). Downsides - It is only a 2 seater, there is no storage and it can be impractical (for instance if the road has speed humps) but you will love it. It will put that smile back on your face you had with the Subaru for the first couple of weeks.
My advise is to have both. I use my Noble in the dry, the Subaru in the wet (and the XK-R at week-ends).

so i have many plus sides then....
the mrs has a subaru also and a discovery for offroad fun..... looks like i will start looking around... Ash M400 said:

I have had three Scoobies, the last was a P1.
I have passed several of these on track days and the P1 was fantastic.
Just remember, the Scooby is a 4 wheel drive, the Noble rear. Totally different handling characteristics.
Go get one NOW.
yep am fully aware of the RWD tendancies, had a tuscan before the latest scooby... gonna start looking and maybe test a few to see what i think...
