DIY headrest cam mount question..

I'm trying to make up a mount for my video camera to attach to the head restraint. Can someone post up a decent pic of the b-hague (or similar) cam mount so I can see how its attached to the head restraint posts. I can't work out exactly how I should make up the brackets to make it fit...

Also does anyone know what the thread size is for the bolt hole in the bottom of the camcorder?

I have tried the b-hague website I just wanted a better pic of the mounting brackets.
