Never done the trip from St.Malo - Le Mans before. Think it's mainly autoroute.

St Malo - Le Mans is pretty good if you stay off the Auto Routes some amasing roads heading into Le Mans.

Don't think there was any police presence last year either - along the whole route.

4 is still a party..... I've done the route from Le Harve - Le Man that was fun.
