Not as good as GT4, which, IMO isn't as good as Forza.
I personally don't think much of the NFS range of games and would rate it above that.
I liked TOCA 2, but found myself playing Gotham and Forza so much that it only came out the box a couple of times.
If I were you, I'd wait for TOCA 3
