Waste of a morning

Went to a store today, lets call it "Global Warming", to buy Quickbooks and a new laptop.
First store didn't have Quickbooks - but they had a whole section dedicated to Quickbooks with not a single software package to be seen! But they could order it - like i could off of the Internet. So why am I in a bl**dy store then if all you can do is order it? And it'll be with me in 2-4 days time.
The second store - bigger empty section called Quickbooks - and still no copy apart from the Pro version - 1 copy left at £300. Well, I'm not that desperate to pay £200 more for an over specified package. But they could order it though?!?? grrr.
So, to anyone from "Global Warmings" management if you are reading this: I went home and spent the money online with one of your competitors. It will be here tomorrow. Thx.
