Better awareness of features

Hi,

I post and regularly read threads on PH yet many of the features of the site remain unknown to me for quite some time. I think features such as the member map and calendar are not promoted enough elsewhere in the website, particularly in the forums where I assume most traffic tends to congregate.

Perhaps some form of randomly rotating 'tip' at the top of the forum pages could promote such things:

"PH Calendar: find out what's on and who's going - click here"

etc.

That sort of thing.
