Sticking central locking

My central locking decided to re engage itself after I left the car yesterday (actually when Mrs J left the car). Luckily she had the roof off and could lean in and undo the door. This would have been a problem had the roof been on as the car would have been centrally locked without anyone being inside it

Anyone any thoughts/experience of this? I played around with it and WD40'd the release button plus the door button built into the sill. This has started to disengage it however it still needs explanation

Nomal cause is the switch in the sill, sometimes the pad on the door falls of and the button doesnnt get pushed home all the way.
If youclose the doors and then push them gentle about the hieght if sill switch you may hear the Central locking clicking as you press on the door.. found this out when cleaning the car once... means the switch isnt getting pushed fully clear.

Or the actuall switch in the sill is faulty.
