I'm back off to Holden tomorrow (Wed) but there are a few other options for the badges if you are able to give me a bell on my UK mobile [phone] - don't worry - I'm payin the long distance charges!) Call anytime as long as it's not between 1pm & 8pm Tues - u don't wanna wake Sooze up or she'll be on a plane and thumpin ya!
The ones I quoted were what goes on my coupe, the bonnet's the same ($25ish) but there are other types for the boot eg VT Clubby had one that just sticks near the centre of the red plastic light assembly that straddles the boot - I can't remember the setup on the SS so give us a quick call to discuss options.

Here's the badge I'm after:



It sits square in the middle of the boot above the garnish and below the spoilers stop light. It'll have two locating pins (one larger than the other) and a concave shape (side view) so it'll mould to the contour of the boot.
