Is it worth going Emerald Ignition?
Discussion
I spoke to a guy about a fully mapped ignition and fuel system. Seemed mega expensive, but you could try them. www.dtafast.co.uk/
I would be intersted in the results if you do go this route.

The 520 uses DTA and the system is excellent.
I've been running an Emerald for about 6 years and it been great, easy to set-up and use, still evolving ( The latest can now map itself to a target lambda map) and you'll gain mostly in the mid-range and drivability probably about 10-15Bhp on the mid point but it'll also remove a lot of the mystery about any electrical faults as you can talk to it at any time
Alternativly as a really easy installation you could just buy my car.....
