Hi all! I currently own a Midas Gold Coupe and at the moment the front sidelights/indicators are housed in the same unit (from a Metro so half amber, half white).

I'd like to use this space just to house an all white/clear indicator unit so failing being able to find a white/clear indicator unit of equivalent size, would it be legal to use a fog lamp unit with an amber bulb instead?

In case you're wondering where the sidelight is going, I'd like to install 'halo' headlights which incorporate the sidelight.

I don't see why not as long as the bulb was not greater than 21watt.

Firstly, id sort all the other bits (like the engine, paintwork, brakes) out first.. then again they never did complete the build on your midas did they?

Its also not a good idea just to laugh and drive off when a transit van drives into the back for you, is it? -might explain the paintwork though.

Okay, admittedly the car needs a little bit of work, but when that Transit nudged me the resultant acceleration was far too good to be wasted by stopping and having a word with the driver!

The Midas hasn't left the line so fast in years!
