330d Tyre pressures

Anybody know what best pressures are for
255/35ZR18's Mitcheling Piolot Sports (Rear)
225/40 ZR18 Toyo PROXES T1-R (Front)
Just put in 38(F) 42(R) (They were 30 all round )
They were a little squirmy but now feel too hard, am i just imagining this as compared to befor?

for a coupe it 35 front 42 rear, but as you said the ride feels a little firm. took 3 psi off each, felt alot better

I have PS1s on a 330ci sport.
I checked yesterday and was on 1.7 bar all round.
Recommended (sticker inside door) is 2.9 (rear), 2.4 (Front).
Car feels much better to drive now.

I tried 38/42 in the summer and it was far too hard then, let alone now with the road surfaces as slippery as they are.

I settled on something like 33/35 in the end.

Might try dropping them to 35/38 and measureing them accurately with digital gauge...
