HELP!!! Urgent - can't open boot and work laptop is locked

I'm praying someone here can help.

I've got my Tuscan mk2 back after it spent two weeks having some niggles sorted and the boot now won't open!!! Worst thing is - it did open (after a couple of presses of the Tuscan boot badge) but now it's not releasing it.

So my clothes bag and laptop bag are stuck in there and I can't get them out!! Have a big presentation tomorrow morning which needs working on and it's locked!!

Does anyone know of another way to release the boot apart from the boot badge press? It's not activating the release mechanism which usually sounds like an electronic release - i'm pressing the badge but it's not activating the electronic release.
