Funny thing is the Mot guy from hell failed me on the wrong colour bulbs in the headlights but missed the freaking five inch hole in the outrigger(s)! - prat.

I did notice yours in Space dock as well fella - in considerably more bits, you going the whole hog then and having a total rebuild?. For mine though it helps of course if you got the original jig to make the bits, which Richard has.

the reverend is very kindly helping me rebuild the outriggers on my 400se, once the first one was cut off it can only be lifted very carefully or it will literally fall apart!!!
Absolutely no way it should have passed it's mot less then 800 miles ago, and I bought it off a plod!

I didnt use a jig to do mine, i welded some 4x4 box to the solid bits about 18" further in to hold it all in place, then slitting disc the lot off, i made the body pads longer too, while i was at it.
