Hi there, how are you. When you had your car sorted my Mr Adams, did he change your ECU chip also or are you still running the standard one. Also if its not to rude how much did the session cost you. Im very curious about all this as on my recent service at Penninsula the chap said compared to most of the 500's he sees he felt mine was very good on power when he drove it. However to me it feels sluggish, especially at lower revs. It is totally standard. Hence my interest to see actually how much power I have and if I can get a bit more out of her. Cheers for your help.

Morning Zippy, I'm well thanks! Hope you are too.

I'll mail you offline about this, if it's okay with you - I'd prefer to keep the amount of money involved out of the public forum. Suffice it to say, it was a very reasonable price considering all the work Mark had to do to make poor old Griff better and sort out the fuelling problem! It was running very badly before the Mark Adams Magic, now it's a dream to drive as long as I don't get too enthusiastic with the loud pedal.

However to me it feels sluggish, especially at lower revs.

A Griff - sluggish?! Depends on what you're comparing with I suppose....

I'll drop you a line later on!

thanks for your help. I meant sluggish in the fact I expecteded it to go better , Its the first real sports car Ive ever had so am currently comparing it with a diesel polo. Its probably me pulling away to cautiously, and then being in too higher gear to actually go like billy ho when I floor it. Thanks for your help.
