Hi,
Iv just signed up to payapl to pay for a new mobile i bought from eBay, i filled out all the asked details (for paypal) and it says now i need to weait a month on my next bill (for the card im using) to come in and on that it will tell me my Expanded Use Number and seing as iv just payed my bill it will be a month!
Is there anyway to get this number and get my account up and running faster, is it possible to view my bill online? and perhaps get this verification number. (the card is a Visa by the way)

Paypal verification is pretty dodgy from my limited knowledge, I've requested paypal verification, but the haven't sent us the documents they said they would, and that was 1/2 weeks ago, so we can't get verifaction. Maybe that's just a one-off.
