Saw him rolling round South London a few months back in his (now 3 generations old), S-Class, window down and sucking on a big cigar. Looked like a complete pillock IMO!

Ihave sympathy for the man. He spoke out against Bush and Blair in their dodgy war...had the balls to do it in a US court room.

i did too, and thought he came across well in that speech.

However his conduct on television recently has made him look like a prat....and full of egotistical shit too.

However, he has no blood on his hands I suppose, unlike the aforemention poo smears.

I've not seen him on BB as I refuse to watch such trash... However, the guy says what he feels, and doesn't hide behind any 'company line'. He didn't agree with the war, and said so. There has been nothing proven about his conduct, and I'm sure if there was it would have been sorted a long time ago, as they would be desperate to discredit him. The guy is alright in my book. His performance in the senate was fantastic viewing. Why was he refused entry by the way?

Does anybody beleive that the man actually cares a jot about what he bangs on about? He's doing all this purely to feed his own enormous ego and cleverly worked out that the rapid lefties he plays to will happily hoover up all his vitriol as they conveniently ignore the ohter side of any argument anyway. Why did he move constituency to one where he knew he could get elected and exploit the racial make up of the area when it became clear he would never get re-elected in Scotland?

no i think he does care....but sadly he is a c**t aswell. With the personality he has, he should be a republican senator.

Wrong; everyone knows he was on the take in oil for food. If he was getting money through Saddam, there is blood on his hands too.

Galloway is such a smug obnoxious tt that I really, really hope he is guilty.

It would make my year to see the guy disgraced and put in prison.

So by all means inform us what he was wrong about? Like Robin Cook, I admire the guy for standing up for what he believes in... You obviously don't agree, and feel it is merely his ego. It's funny how it's just the side you believe in that are all heart, and honest, and the other side are mere egomaniacs. If he was guilty of anything I'm sure the joint collusion of the US and UK governments could find something. Until then, innocent until proven guilty. It's a handy thing to hold over someones head who you happen to disagree with.

Err I didnt say he was wrong about anything, thats another arguement, I merely said he's a charlatan who's managed to hoodwink a great many people. I also admired Robin Cook for having the courage of his convictions and he managed to do it without siding with the enemy and encouraging them to kill British soldiers or grovelling to an odious now ex dictator.

I wasn't aware that galloway told them to kill British soldiers, etc, merely that he believed that the reasons for war were spurious at best... enlighten us please.

So what were the grounds for refusing entry? Is he a criminal? Is he a danger? Whats the deal on that score?
