Tried one - wouldn't fit - maybe I need full cream instead of semi-skimmed

Read you post and thought it was a bit of deja vu.
I didn't exactly lose mine, it fell off when i was filling her up and went somewhere inside which for a while was impossible to get at. In the end I did get it back with a wire coat hanger and some double sided tape, but tried all sorts of things in the meantime. Only thing that worked was some plastic sheet or cling film held on with an elastic band round the top of the bottle. It wasn't pretty, but stopped any washer fluid slopping around the engine bay.

By the way my Chim is red as well, but don't think the washer bottles are colour co-ordinated
