I dont think my clutch likes sitting in traffic.
Discussion
Had a great day today at VW,car ran great and performed well,on my return home i got stuck in traffic in chelsea,it seemed that half of south london was travelling to Stamford bridge for the Chelsea game.I was in stop start traffic for at least an hour. After sitting in the traffic this long i notced that i started to have some difficulty in changing gears, and the pedl felt funny as if i could feel the revs of the engine through the peddal.Got home and left the car to cool of for a couple of hours, when i returned to the car the gears were all fine but still had a bit of feel as though i could feel the revs of the engine through the pedal. Is this normal? F**k me these cas are delicate,my Chimaera werent has tempremental as this. Please tell me they all do this. Cheers

Seriously, I think they will all do that. The gearbox oil will thin significantly whilst sitting behind a very hot engine. As long as the clutch fluid level is OK and you haven't got the black rubbery bits floating in the fluid then that side of things should be fine.
I suppose it might be sinsible to have the gearbox oil level checked but I would imagine that was done at your last service?
At least the electrical gremlins seem to have taken a vacation!

I had the clutch fluid changed last week, its just thefeel through the pedal that worries me,as though i can feel the engine revs through the pedal, didnt want to think this was the start of some thing serious.Well the electrical gremlins do seem to have sorted themselves, touch fibre glass.
