Just back from Phillip Island
Discussion
Just a quick note to say that I completed one of my ambitions this weekend. Took the T350 to Phillip Island, (Aussie Motor Cycle GP track), for a track day and a sprint, 2 proper petrol head days. That is an awsome track. T350 behaved well but I must get a set of R888's, Good Year F1's are not up to the job! Still kept it on the black stuff Posted a 2.02 lap which was far from the slowest time and I am told not too shabby for a first timer.
T350 was well received, plenty of people knew what it was, can't wait for the next round.

Actually not too hot, 30ish, Water running at 90, oil 80. Never ran for more than 15 mins at a go, the brakes handled that just fine, no fade. There are 2 really big stops on the circuit, 120 down to 50 for a hairpin, braking from about 125m. Then there is a steep down hill section braking from about 90 down to 40 for another hairpin.
Went out with an instructor for a few laps, he was smitten but told me to throw away the road tyres.

Looks great out there! Glad you are still enjoying the T350!
The R888s will a ideal and fine for day driving in Oz.
Yup, still enjoying the car. Speed enforcement is absolute on the roads here so trackdays are the only fun I can have. My daughter came with me now she is hooked, trouble is she wants a skyline, too much electrickery for me.
I am told there is a "new" unregisterable Cerby 4.5 in a car pound in Melbourne. My thoughts turn to possible track car....... Cerby at Phillip Island would be awesome.
