Managed to VERY lightly graze a rear alloy this morning whilst parking. It's certainly not worth getting the whole wheel sorted as the damage is minimal, but it's the kind of damage that will bug me becasue I know it's there. A light touching up will fix it, so does anybody know the paint code for the spiders?

Cheers

I had same problem i while ago, sounds like similar damage to yourself.

Got some paint mixed at a local paint supplier, it's just called alloy wheel silver, have touched up one of my alloys and you can't tell difference, has the same sparkly effect etc.... It's a max mayer paint code: B009

Bought some Vauxhall metalic silver from Halfrauds, decant into artists airbrush, (much less masking and overspray that way).
Seems to be a very good match to me.

Going to be cleaning up my wheels tomorrow and I have the lightest of grazes on the very edge of an alloy.

Is their any touch up paint I might be able to buy from halfords that will be similar. I see from post above that a vauxhall silver was similar. Does anyone know which particular colour this was?

Thanks.
Rob.

Hi Dave, that's exactly the idea I had in mind for touching up a couple of areas on my wheels, would be great to confirm the paint code.

Hi Darren, sorry for the delay. The paint comes from Halfords, and is called 'Vauxhall star silver'I tried quite a few before deciding this one was the best match.

Excellent thanks Dave, and likewise apologies for my even slower response, have been out of the country, having to endure a 4x4 on wrong side of the road. Not fun...

Looking forward to seeing your T350 at Rockingham, heard yours is in the timeline.
