Just been looking at the pictures of the engine bay on chimaera pages.com and noticed down the inside of the wings in the engine bay are round rubbers. They look as though they stop the bonnet from sitting to far below the wing.

My chim is missing these and as a result the bonnet bounces when i am going along. Does anyone know where i can get these from and where they go as there are no holes in my inner wings for these????

Hi Andy

If it's the ones i'm thinking of, they're for adjusting the bonnet height. Hard black plastic with a single excentric allen screw fixing and you rotate them to adjust how high the bonnet sits in the middle. If you look along the edge of the bonnet their should be some scoops cut out which should align with these things.

You may be able to get them from Hexham.

If your up at the TVRCC meeting on sunday, i'll show you some.
