What's the music on the very short red-screened bargain bucket advert with the female voiceover, it's been frequently used on this series of relocation relocation.

kind of funky almost wha-wha (sp?) guitar over funky-knocking-style drum beat.....?

GRADE 9 MUSICIAN ME..!

If it's the one i'm thinking of (and not the ad with California Soul), its a Northern Soul song called 'Do I Love You'. Forget who it's by though.

I'm pretty sure it won't be "Do I Love You" (by Frank Wilson), which has more of a Motown sound (it is a Motown song). KFC used it in the first of their 'soul' ads a year or so back, but I don't recall hearing it since. I can't find an mp3, but there is a sample if you can search the iTunes Music Store for Frank Wilson

oh no it's not that then - i remember that now - this is a new ad - nothing happens really it's just a red screen with a bucket of 'chicken' with a woman talking over, the music is instrumental (or at leat the portion (dum-tish) that they use has no lyrics)...

try asking on this forum, it has sections for music in adverts, and in tv shows.

You could try 'shazzaming' it!!

When its playing, dial 2580 from your mobile, and the magic 'shazzam' service finds the tune, and texts you back the answer (sorry about the free advertising!)

Having Sky+ is useful though, as you can pause the telly while you find your mobile!

right it was the music at the beginning and through relocation last night.

mrs b 2 b now knows how it goes because i hummed it all evening in a not annoying way.... unfortunately she doesn't know what it is either!

i forgot about the shazam thing but it might not have worked anyway cos you never get much of a burst at any one time...apart from on the kfc ad..

arggh it's beginning to annoy me now!
