Why have I had a sore throat for two bluddy months?

I'm getting a tad miffed with it now. It started with a cold (not with a kiss, sorry) in early December but that's long gone. In the early days it dragged my voice down an octave, now I can't sing more than a couple of lines and it hurts like hell (my throat, not the listener's ears ).

Peritonitis? Pneumothorax? Cystic fibrosis? Staphylococcus? I don't bloody know but it's gone on long enough...

My son had regular infected throats for years.

Disappeared with a change of diet.....

It's definitely throat cancer.

Given you've let it run wild for 2 months you are certainly doomed.

Probably (hopefully) an infection your body is stuggling to fight but for gods sake go to the doctor.

Don't want to worry, scare or upset you but my cousin's husband had a sore throat just before Christmas which he couldnt shift. Finally went to the doctor late January, had surgery last week. Cancer of the thyroid gland. Not agressive and they think they got it all - he should be fine.

Probably nothing at all to worry about but whatevery it is get it dealt with.

i have it too ...i get it about twice a year and its a pain in the ....head ....

i'm waiting for it to go but have had it for nearly 3 weeks now

pop to docs, had the same thing a quick course of anti biotics and all clear - sorted out my sore throat as well !!
