Great, very funny, hated the ending. KIN PALIN Ahhhh... Lifetime achievement award. He is not even funny, never was and only dead from the neck up. Stupid bleedin fish dance, a song about a pervert lumberjack and that daft parrot rubbish. "every sperm is bloody sacred" I wish his dad had had a bloody wank instead. Then the twat can't get a bloody job when his tallented mates move on so wangles a sodding great holiday driving round the world twice at the licence payers expense. The result was crap but we had to watch it cos it cost so bloody much to make. To cap it all the cheeky bastard starts whineing about How he was inspired by Peter Cooke et al. If they were his inspiration he must have been totally shit prior to their input. He could not resist a political comment either, suggesting comedians should be dropped into Iraq. I guess that excludes him then.. None of this rant had anything to do with his chairmanship of T2000, honest.....

Palin lives just down the road from me. Can't say I hate or love him, I'm quite indifferent to his life.

I personally can't stand TV awards shows, music ones are bad enough, but the TV ones, god they are sooooo tedious, and (slightly OT) is it me or is there a soap award every other week? With the same people at each one and the same pic in the tabloids of that tart off eastenders (kat?) falling over pissed, is she the most overrated 'thing' ever? I don't care if she looks like she'd be a dirty so and so in bed, I'm sure mother tresa would have been as well

Who was that fat pi**ed bloke (can't remember his name) god he got on my nerves. Jonathan Woss was pretty good I thought, but it all went on a bit IMO.

Back on topic: Give another award to Blackadder as it is still one of the funniest programs ever. Special mentions for Stephen Fry as I think he is a genius.

The show was crap – too many egos in one building.

Palin IS/WAS funny - whether or not he's involved in T2000 – comedy has moved on a bit since his day, but I defy anyone not to cackle heartily at MPFC.
