Where to get my Tuscan serviced???

Hi All

This is my first post and would like some advice if poss.

I've been looking for a Tuscan for quiet some time and finally think i have found the one for me. 51 plate, Halcyon Blue with a Biscuit interior, 29,000 miles on the clock and a regular and full service history. The car has also had two engine rebuilds (the last being 2005) and a new clutch. However my question is this...... I live in Ruislip middlesex and have a choice of three garages to go to for servicing etc they are...

Racing Green, TVR Barnet and TVR Gatwick.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations of which one is best to use. Any other advice would be kind.

Andrew - all come well recommended here, and I have plenty of personal experience of Racing Green who have always given really good service. You would find this mirrored across a lot of us on this, and other, TVR forums.

Racing Green are one of the very few dealers who seem to be doing virtually everything right from service to sales and all aspects in between including upgrades / wheels / etc etc, always get constant priase on here so I don't think you'll go too far wrong there

Sure that all of the main delaers mentioned will give you a good service and have seen most of them recommended by others.

However, now that your car is out of manufaturer's warranty may be worth considering one of the highly respected independents. Knowledge and expertise should be at least as good and could potentially save you quite a lot. Sure that the other speed 6 owners could recommend a few.

If you are close enough to use Racing Green then consider APM automotive (not much further - Passfield, south of Farnham). Andy looks after mine and is very very good.

I would recommend Racing Green too. Always had excellent service. I have the new TVR approved AutoProtect Warranty and RG made a sucessful claim - drop me an e-mail if you need more details.

You are only 1 hour (ish) from Silverstone Performance and about 1.5 - 2 hours from TVR Power, so don't limit yourself to just the 3 main dealers listed in your first post.
