My girlfiend's parents have just got one very cheap (price drop TV ) and have been singing it's praises to her and now she wants to get one. I don't want to spend more than about £60 but less would be better.

Has anyone got one and is it any good.

I've had a look at Amazon but the reviews are quite poor for the more affordable offerings, with many saying they had returned them

So are they any good?

I picked up a cheap one last year, the nozzles didn't fit properly so what steam there was did not come out where you expected and there was zero pressure at the end of the hose thing.

I am sure there are better ones, but i took mine back the same day I brought it.

Yup they are mammy uses them to do the windows and the internal bits of the windows as well. I've used it to clean the dogs beds and things like that. Good for getting stains out of the carpet too.

I brought a steam bullet from the teleshopping channel, after seeing that it can clean anything and everything!
It doesn't touch oven grime, but it very good at showers, jewellery and even a leather suite, so as long as your expectations are nowhere close to the adverts, they're quite good.

My dogs would run a mile if they saw me coming towards them with that thing.
