I'm local!

However... two problems

1) I don't have an Elise (yet)
2) I live in Bournemouth at the moment but north Bucks is my home

Popped into Stratstone Lotus the other day for a gander. Top guys there, highly recommended. Is it just me or are all Lotus dealers really sound people? I've been to three (Westover, HrOwen and Stratstone) and all are staffed by enthusiasts and are really nice people to have a chat with.

Hi

Stratstone are great. Quite new to Lotus but they have done sone work on mine and been really great - some of it they didnt even charge for as it took longer than it should as they are still learning. I really liked the way that they admitted this - most places would just blag it!

Good luck with the purchase!

I have seen a few as well. Green S1 in the centre, Blue S2 in Campbell park and Black 160 in Monkston.

I used to have a silver S1 - could have been me if it was over 18 months ago.

Markizok. Think I saw your Elise at the shops on Saturday, parked up by the M & S end?
Herbie, the exhaust is great, sounds sweet on full chat. Hows the exige? Did you change the exhaust?

We are just north of Stoney Stratford. (Bit short of MrsTrackside.) Have had a 111R for a few months - love it and looking forward to better weather.

Followed a Silver S1 north from MK Station at about 19:45 tonight. Whoever it was - it looked great!

Followed a Boxster S home the previous night. Comparison of the two on subsequent nights makes me realise why I will always buy a Lotus over a Porsche. One looks amazing, the other is just a car.

Extremely envious of all of you in MK. Grew up and learnt to drive there. Those roundabouts must be so much fun in an Elise. Will have to get up there with mine, use the excuse of visiting the parents.
