Probably one of the cheapest around, but cheap is usually not 'good'.
If it were me, I would spend another 3 or 4 grand on one with a recent rebuild and not devalued from the cat D status.
However, if the car is a 'keeper' ie, you are looking to own it for 5 years or so, then you will certainly get your moneys worth. What you have saved you could put to an engine rebuild if and when you need it, and due to the fact you will have had a good few years use of the car you have mitigated some of the cost you may lose out on when you sell the car as a CAT D.
