Leaky headlight covers.

How do you remove the headlight fairings and reseal them??

This is a job I need to do myself at some point.

Think you need to warm VERY gently with a hair dryer, then slide a piece of wire between cover and clam in a kind of "cheese wire" fashion. Separate cover from clam.

Then clean everything up and refit using the black gunky stuff:

Wire may be a bit scary - wouldn't you risk quite a bit of clam damage if you got it wrong? Call someone like Sinclaires and ask them for tips on DIY or Geary at Eliseparts may offer advice.
