That sounds like a euphemism for "facilities improvements". The racing circuit itself is pristine.
It must be admitted that, if you're walking in the paddock at Spa, there is usually an absolutely sickening stench coming from the toilets. You'd think that it would not be beyond the abilities of the State of Wallonie to repair a few drains.
You would also think that Bernie could throw back a few of the thousands of millions that he's made from the sport to enable the best GP circuit of all to remain on the calendar.

Hopefully not 'improvements' like this abomination...

Isn't it funny how all the circuits that have had 'troubles' over the last couple of seasons have been established, interesting, old-school tracks; Spa, Hockenheim, Monza, Imola, Silverstone. How long before the Bernie and Max show removes these grand old places from the calendar for good to make way for all the new anodyne Tilke-tracks?

Still, the Thoroughbred Grand Prix series visits a lot of the 'proper' tracks, and with 'proper' cars too. Ferrari 312T3 vs Williams FW07 at Brands GP anyone...
They've been talking about these changes for a while - the MotoGP boys weren't happy with the ideas; Valentino said that they're going to ruin the best track in the world. Apparently they needed more car parking so they've changed the track to create a car park! I'm not sure "track improvements" is the right description. I guess it's taking them longer than expected to paint the white lines...
