what are the little fin type things on the back of this gt3?

They're literaly a stick on option.

They were a factory option on the GT3 Mk1 or as a compliment to the Cup aerokit (GT3 kit) for standard 996's.

They were a factory option to aid stability when exceeding 190mph.

I stroke them for ten minutes a side every time I clean my car and love them.

You probably wouldn't need them on your car
