Obviously the Cerb cost a pretty penny when new and so must have attracted some well heeled/famous owners. Anybody know of any?

Also do you think that a Cerb with a previous famous owner might hold its price better, or indeed bump the price up a bit?

My mate's Cerb was bought new by Richard Stanton of the racing TVR fame as a starter!

Regards

A couple of the chaps from The Prodigy had Cerbs and I'm sure the bloke who presents the channel 4 show about people building their own homes, Kevin something, had one too.

Dawn French had one, but it had to be surgically removed.

Keith Flint (Prodigy) had a grey Griff before his Cerb.

Mate of mine owns it now.

You wouldn't have that in electronic form would you please? Mrs T. and I own his car now and we'd love to see the video. Funnily enough one of our longer serving Surrey members can recall said motor buzzing the Heathrow tunnel a few years back.

Thanks,
Steve.

I'll get Mark to sort it for you, we were only watching it the other day whilst sorting through all our TVR videos.

Are you going to the Surrey RR day? if so we can put it on disc and give it to you there.

Thanks very much. I certainly aim to be there. If I can't make it, I'll happily cover postage or collect it from you.

Cheers,

Steve.

Off topic unless it was Shearer

That ph'er "flemke" had one to learn to drive, before his McLaren F1 and Porch CGT.

Anyone know of any racing/rally driver owners? I thought McRae used to have one.

Apparently Ryan Giggs had one until Fergie made him sell it because the clutch was causing diddums hamstring problems!

No, that Cerb had the limited edition agricultural rear wheels so that farmer Giles could plough his field with a smile on his face (and upsetting the cows of course)

I believe that Nigel Kennedy the violinist had one.

This may be a complete co-incidence but about a couple of years ago Gorners were trying to get rid of a claret and blue Aston Villa couloured combination of paintwork and interior.

As they got more desperate to get rid of the 'nice' coloured cars they got so desperate that the words:

'Last week before we respray this car!'

were added to the advert.

Had to chuckle....
