Finlay Gorham ??

Just wondering what experiences people have had with Finlay Gorham ??? Couldn't find much when trawling the forum.

Honest, but you have to ask the right questions, I could not negotiate anything out of him. Period. Slightly brusque manor at times, but that may just have been me. Who knows. Patient, I did keep hime waiting a while, and he never chased me nor put any pressure on me.

If you asked me would I go back again, the answer is probably yes.

A neighbour of mine bought a 911 from him and had no end of trouble with it, and him. Washed his hands of the problem car and left my mate to sort it out!!!

Joff Ward has recently agreed the sale of my current 993 (deposit taken) which is due to go out of the door next week, fingers crossed.

He also sold a 996 for a business partner of mine and did a very good job of looking after him.

He’s also just flogged my old chap a Cayenne which we are also due to collect in the next few days so hopefully all is well.

He’s a lovely chap and I will report on how the next few days shakes down shortly.

A word of advice, Ward HQ is truly in deepest darkest Suffolk and might be somewhat scary for fancy Dan city boy types

A mate bought a car which can only be described as a Lemon from said dealer.

Aftersales support was none existent.

Nice One Rob, tho' I'm a bit of a secret country boy wannabe myself. Also used to be a homing pigeon in a previous life, so shouldn't be too scary But Definately let me know how you get on...

Would I be right in thinking that this place doesn't have any servicing / workshop, but is just a Buy / Sell arrangement ?? If so, I guess it makes it all the more important to get any car into the Pukka Porsche warranty. Least that way it's covered.
