Forgot my gametag name

I need tp upgrade my xbox to 360 live. but cannot remember my gametag. and as a result cannot upgrade.

I their any were i can send off my e-mail and they send me my gametag. not had much time to search for ths option much so any help would be great

it can recover it automatically from your Passport as well, like er, it did for me at the weekend
