Afternoon all!!

Apologies, been a tad busy this morn!
The bike is lovely thanks....but get this......

Got the GSXR out of the garage, and was putting my helmet on whebn the stand gave way and she fell over.....the day I'm selling it and I drop it. Not a lot of damage, but noticeable. Anyway, got to the dealership, no problem. Picked up the gleaming bike and absolutely love it. After 20 minutes the fuel light came on, so went to the petrol station...... and did exactly the same in thing. Scratched the mirrir, fairing and the "engine bit"! Twice in one day...and my first times! I was so angry it was unreal...and not a single person offered any help. Managed to get it up, and drove home swearing at everyone....Gutted, absolutely gutted!

C2, how's yours mate? Out at the weekend?

Oh no!! Look on the bright side mate, if thats the only damage it gets then it's good!

Glad it all went OK - I'm loving mine thanks, looking forward tomorrow, I'm out all day on it with a mate on another Ducati.

You going out tomorrow I presume?

I know, could have been worse!
Quality stuff, I'm on a second ride of my advanced training tomorrow. Can't push it as (mentioned above) I have to run it in. First 600mls no more than 8,500rpm, then up till 1000mls not more than 10,000.

I sold my BM as well. Got murdered on the price, but who cares...Spring is almost here and I have a new bike....Absolutely love it!!

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. You must have felt gutted. Just to make you feel better, I managed to drop my Ducati (damn sidestand) on the very day I picked it up!

Don't worry about the panels. You'll soon be able to buy replacements on Ebay. Likely the engine cover can be replaced, too.

Just concentrate on your riding and getting a feel for the bike.

Get some frame sliders to protect the bike in the future. Use R&G - expensive but they work.
