20D Sensor cleaning

Being a bit/very cack handed, I am quite reluctant to have a go at this myself, but there are no service centres I am aware of out here (UAE). Am I right to be cautious, or is it relatively easy if you're careful?

Also, has anyone used any of the Visible Dust products for sensor cleaning?
