After a total off five and a half weeks away, my 350 is back from having the roll bar fitted. I picked it up this afternoon from Devon and managed a 150 mile drive home with the roof down the whole time!! God I missed it!!

Anyway enough typing I'm of for a drive!

Cerb went in 9 weeks ago today (stretched valves) and there's a chance that I'll actually have it back by the end of this week - bet I'll be even more excited than you

Already worked out how many car alarms I'm going to set off first day back to work with it

Glad to hear you’ve got it back, any pic’s of the roll bar?

I’m told by Webb’s I should have the Griff back on Monday, fingers crossed as it’s their last day or it will be a TVRless Christmas

The wedge has only set of a couple off alarms, but I'm hoping for some more noise in the new year, after all who needs silencers. Hope you get the cerb back before christmas.

Ed
Only had the motorway I'm afraid, had to get back to do some Christmas shopping . Think I may have scarred some motorist's through the road works though (3rd gear, 4000rpm, lift off, lots off pops). I've since been out on my local twisty's, the harnsses hold you in loads better.

Paul
Sorry to hear you still haven't got the Griff back yet. Surely they must be working to give you a big, TVR shaped Christmas present! It will be worth the wait though, it brings back how amazing these cars are when you've been without them for a while. Especially driving their 'courtesy' Saab 9000 and not quite as bad Carina E. Anyway I have to thank them (Peninsula) for finishing it off well. Just please don't let me have my credit card handy next time I phone!
If anyone's up for a blast this saturday or sunday let me know I'm dying to go for a bit off a drive!

We all had a rather fun run to and from Castle Combe last year to see the Tuscan Challenge, so something similar will be good!

Hoping to speak to Webb’s tomorrow to find out if the car is going to be finished.
