Hi All,
Just put deposit down on my first Lotus.
Have been lurking around on Pistonheads (as Tuscan_Tel) for a couple of years as I have owned various TVR's.
I used to work or a Lotus/TVR main dealer so have tried all models and after leaving in November last year have craved another sports car. Today I took the plunge and put a deposit down on an S2 Elise sports tourer fitted with 165BHP kit from PT tuning, should be picking it up later this week, can't wait.
Very, very happy.

Another Mini Cooper S to lotus transition, just like myself!!
Had a look on your profile - where you said about the Mini "It was sitting at a dealers and I had to drive past it each day and decided I just had to have it."
That exact thing happenned to me with the Lotus
I've had my Exige 3 months now and loving it, I thought the Mini was fun! I am intrigued though what the mini would feel like if I drove it again now, probably feel pants!!
Bet you can't wait to get the Elise, only a week to wait, so that isn't too painful!
