How many companies are using Skype?

I can't see anything other than individuals or very small companies using Skype. Larger companies want receptionists, voicemail, call logging, call recording, directories, LDAP integration, ACD, IVR etc etc.

However, they are nearly all using the corporate equivalent of Skype from the likes of Cisco, Nortel, Avaya and so on.

Its starting to take hold , i use it for my better overseas clients and i know other companys are starting to take skype on in the same way they are using say MSN

Skype, last I looked, had a license that made use in a commercial environment somewhat of a grey area. I think it says something akin to "not for commercial use". So, my company might not use it to make money directly, but if it save us on our UK - US phonebill, does that count?
