Two options - if you have the bleed valve on the top of your radiator (looks a bit like a wing nut) undo this slowly with the engine running at operating temperature which will lose some/all of the air AND/OR from cold run the engine without the radiator cap (i.e. without the system pressurised)until operating temparature is reached and watch the combination of water/anti-freeze and air bubble all over your engine bay!! Top-up to suit! btw - I should have mentioned to make sure your heater control is set on to hot! This all worked for me after my recent re-build. Good luck, let us know how you got on!
