are their any other worth while triumph shows to attened over the year?
Le Mans Classic? ^_^
We will have a dedicated Triumph camping site (Tetre Rouge), there should be 1 TR2 racing and Mark Fields ADU1B Spitfire (www.jigsawracingservices.co.uk/adu1b.htm).
The last one in 2004 was quite big as loads of the Herald chassied crew were attending to mark 40th anniversary of the Spitfires racing in 1964. Much of the same again this year as, with no LMC in 2005 it's close to the anniversary of the Spitfires winning at Le Mans (1965 1st in class 13th overall - not bad from 1300cc racing GT40s!). The TR3 raced in 1959 and the TR7v8 turbo tried in 1980/1/2 but was jinxed.
Given the number of Triumphs at the 2004 race there will be a Triumph one camp site this year (Tetre Rouge). If your interested it's being organised by the TSSC, but all other Triumph clubs have been invited to join. Check-out www.tssc.org.uk/lemans.asp
