camber angle

spent sunday fitting new wishbone, ball joints , poly bushes etc
regarding the camber - the info I had was to set at 0
any one here know if there is any benefit in running a bit of negative camber ?
i'm not going nascar racing in it - fast road and the odd track day only

IIRC the camber should be around -1° not 0.

If its 0 then it will probably be more prone to tramlining, bumpsteer etc.

that's what i was thinking
i got the 0 from the v8s data sheet at tvrsseries.com
the data sheet was lifted from the haynes automotive data manual - that's not to say it's right though !

Hmmm...
I've found my notes and the data I had from TVR many years ago was:

Front Camber -0,75° to -1°
Rear Camber -0,3° to -0,6°

Front Toe-in 0,2° to 0,4°

i'm inclined to agree with you rather than with the haynes data sheet
thanks for that - i'll set it up at -1 and see how we go
the great thing about this forum is that there are lots of helpful people about who have odd bits of data which they have kept for years

Zero camber sounds rather alarming, I don't think that would work very well.
