Crikey, another local Tuscaneer. Dont panic about the mechanical bits, they are not all bad, treat it nice, feed it fresh oil. If the worst now happends, theres some very good engine builders out there.
In my experiance, warranty companys are not worth a penny, I had one try and wiggle out of a claim, and wasted 40 hours solid trying to fight my corner recently. The threat of the ombudsman made them pay for some of my fix.
