I'm loosing my job........
Discussion
Hi,
I'm a French Senior Graphic Designer and as the company i'm working for (as a contractor) close the London office, I will loose my work at the end of March.
So, I'm back on the market for a new exciting position.
If anyone in this forum can help me, give me advice or anyting, do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanx
Jimmy

I cant offer you any work, but if you are going to contact companies directly, phone them rather than email them.
I probably get over 350 enquiries a year, usually several a week most weeks, and up to 5 a day in the months before the colleges kick out. My point being... emails usually get deleted, a phone call is much much more likely to reap a positive reward, imho.
Good luck.

Go freelance through Majorplayers/gabrielle Skelton etc, freelance is boyant right now for designers, if i was better with my money id be doing it, or contact Gumball! im leaving my design position there so they will be looking! good luck, this time of year is a good time to get a new job in design.

Ive never used it, but apparently you sign up and bid for projects. If your prices are right and your work good, it could be a constant supply of new business for you.
