Wondered if anyone could help. Service has thrown up some bits that need doing, but I dont want to pay the £500 they were after to do it, so want to get the parts and give the work to my local trusted mechy who will fit them for a whole lot less.
I need 4 x drive shaft gaitors, and the OSF top arm needs new bushes, possibly replace top arm as well.
Can anyone help with a supplier, part number or something.
Thanks in advance. (apart from that, he said it drove really well, bonus!)

Sorry, can't help with the gaitors, but someone will be on later to help with that i'm sure.If your upper arm is a 'possibly',then i'd say replace it anyway,as they're known to be weak if corrosion has taken hold, and it just ain't worth the risk.A new arm will not only be one less worry, but also comes with bushes fitted now apparently, and that in itself will save you labour charges.A new upper arm is about £45-50 or thereabouts,so daft not to imho.

Welcome to the crazy world of TVR , where prices can range from the reasonable to the ridiculous.

If you think that's dear you want to try the dealer near me in Malmesbury.

Fram G3829 fuel filter, £6.13 from local motor factors, £29.99 from above.
Plugs NGK B7ECS, £1.89 from motor factors, £5.50 from the dealer.

Just Mad.

Main Dealers - Jesus christ - what a bunch of tossers that is a Mental mark up - find all the bits at cheapest price and do it all yourself - no bloody dealer will ever get his mits on my car.

just out of interest you can buy universal gaiters that you trim to size, they also come split so you dont need to take the driveshafts of, you just cut the old ones off put the new ones on and glue them together so much cheaper on labour!

Cast your eyes to the top of the Chim page.
You can put in the RV8 alternative.
